According to CIE official website and "Semiconductor Lighting network" related reports:
In March 2020, the International Commission on Lighting (CIE) issued CIE 239, a standard publication approved by member states: 2020 "Goniospectroradiometry of Optical Radiation Sources", The international Standard Technical report was drafted by CIE TC2-74, a technical committee chaired by EVERFINE's Chairman and Chief Scientist, Professor Pan, and is the first CIE publication chaired by a mainland Chinese expert.
CIE 239:2020 combines the latest achievements and consensus of the world's most influential optical radiation measurement experts from China, the United States, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Hungary and other countries in the field of spatial spectral radiometry of optical radiation sources. It involves the principle of measuring the total spatial distribution of the spectral radiation of optical radiation source in the spectral range of 200nm ~ 2500nm, the calculation method of the corresponding important parameters such as total radiation flux, total luminous flux, regional radiant flux, regional luminous flux, average color coordinate and spatial color uniformity, as well as the related uncertainty evaluation and calibration technology.
