UV Irradiance Meter

Relative spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, bandwidth, A1 band (320nm-390nm) spectral irradiance, A2 band (UV 365nm) spectral irradiance, B band (wavelength range: 290nm-320nm) spectral irradiance, C band (UV253.7nm), and total irradiance within specific bands, UV energy, and other parameters for ultraviolet LED light sources, UV lamps and lamps, and 222nm excimer lamps can be measured with high precision and without being affected by detector matching.

Spectrum and Radiant Flux Test System for UV LEDs and Light Sources (Lamps)

This instrument can be used to measure the relative spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, bandwidth, spectral irradiance of the ABC bands, total irradiance within specific bands, forward voltage, forward current, reverse voltage, reverse current, and other parameters for ultraviolet LED and light sources (lamps). It can simultaneously achieve transient characteristic measurement (pulse measurement) and steady-state characteristic measurement (DC measurement) of ultraviolet LEDs. It can also measure the spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, bandwidth, and irradiance under different shell temperatures/junction temperatures.

Radiation Intensity Distribution and Total Radiant Flux Test System For UV LEDs and Light Sources (Lamps)

This instrument can test the radiation intensity distribution curve (polar or rectangular coordinates), beam angle, the characteristic curve of the radiation intensity of packaged LEDs with respect to forward current variation, the characteristic curve of forward current variation with respect to forward voltage, and the curve of radiation intensity variation with time for ultraviolet LED and lamp sources.

UV Verification Device

This instrument is used for calibration and verification of ultraviolet illuminometers in accordance with the requirements of standards such as JJG755-2015 "Ultraviolet radiation illuminance working standard" and JJG879-2015 "Verification procedures for ultraviolet radiation illuminometers."
