CXS Series Spectral Imaging Luminance Colorimeter integrates spectral imaging, precisely matching the CIE 1931 color matching functions. It enables measurement of spectrum, 2D luminance, and chromaticity uniformity. Widely applicable in LCD, OLED, projection displays, and other fields. With excellent stability and repeatability, it is suitable not only for laboratory measurements but also for optical quality control on production lines.
Main characteristics
1.Single-shot acquisition for optical and color uniformity information
Equipped with a scientific-grade, thermoelectrically cooled area array detector whose spectral response closely matches the human eye's tristimulus curves. One measurement is equivalent to thousands of point-type luminance meters operating simultaneously, enabling fast and accurate acquisition of luminance and chromaticity data at each point within the field of view, along with uniformity analysis.
2.Low-luminance, high-repeatability measurement
Noise is a key factor affecting measurement sensitivity, stability, and repeatability, with detector temperature being its main source. The CXS-2120 achieves a lower thermoelectric cooling temperature and incorporates specialized noise reduction circuit design, ensuring high measurement repeatability and stability even under low luminance conditions.
3.Advanced AI algorithms for comprehensive measurement and analysis
Compatible with intelligent image recognition and other algorithms, it supports customized luminance and chromaticity uniformity analysis for various test objects (e.g., irregular screens, curved screens), and enables display defect (MURA) evaluation.
4.Integrated high-precision spectrometer for accurate spectral measurement
The built-in high-precision spectrometer delivers accurate spectral data, color coordinates, dominant wavelength, color temperature, CRI, and other parameters, allowing product quality assessment from multiple dimensions.
