1.The system is equipped with a high-precision million-pixel imaging illuminance direct reading system with a linear range of up to 8 orders of magnitude, which can quickly obtain the illuminance distribution of carpet lamps.
2.The system is equipped with dedicated optical analysis software based on artificial intelligence algorithms, which identifies the tested image, calibrates and analyzes the illuminance data, and obtains parameter indicators such as image size, edge gradient, and blackness at the standard distance. The software interface is intuitive, concise, and easy to operate.

4.Illuminance Distribution Measurement
The system quickly obtains images and illuminance distribution data of carpet lamps through a high-precision imaging illuminance direct reading system. The dedicated optical measurement and control software based on artificial intelligence algorithms accurately calibrates and analyzes the data.
5.Illuminance Distribution Measurement Judgment
Users define the test position of the illuminance point, and the system detects each feature illuminance point and determines the pass/fail based on the user-set threshold.
6.Edge Gradient Testing
The intelligent algorithm analyzes the obtained illuminance data and can detect the edge gradient on the feature line, and determine the pass/fail based on the user-set threshold.
7.Other Testing Items
