OLED-200 OLED optical performance analysis system integrates high-accuracy Spectral Radiance Colorimeter, darkroom, mobile device, power supply and special test software, which can be used for the measurement and evaluation of optical parameters such as luminance, chromaticity coordinates, color gamut, luminance and chromaticity uniformity of OLED devices and modules, as well as electrical parameters such as voltage, current and power. The device can stabilize the output current and voltage with high precision, accurately detect the luminance and chrominance parameters of the device, and record the output and test data in real time. Implement IVL test, luminance chromaticity distribution test and life test.

1.Integrated spectrum, luminance, chromaticity measurement
The parameters that can be measured include luminance, relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, correlation color temperature, color rendering index, color gamut coverage, etc., covering the luminance,spectrum and chromaticity parameters of the measured object.
2.High accuracy
The system uses spectral method (spectrophotometry) to measure luminance and color parameters, it has no V（λ) and tristimulus mismatching error compared with tristimulus-filter detector.
