OLED-1000 Multi-channel OLED Accelerated Lifetime&Optical Property Test System integrates high-accuracy Spectral Radiance Colorimeter, camera obscurant, mobile device, power supply and special test software. It is a comprehensive measurement system successfully developed for OLED devices according to relevant international and national standards. The system can be used for accelerated aging life test of multi-chip OLED devices and conventional Photometric&Chromaticity&electrical performance analysis such as IVL, Luminance and chrominance distribution test, so as to realize multi-function, automatic and high-precision testing of the tested samples.

1.Integrated spectrum, luminance, chromaticity measurement
The parameters that can be measured include luminance, relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, correlation color temperature, color rendering index, color gamut coverage, etc., covering the luminance,spectrum and chromaticity parameters of the measured object.

2.High accuracy
The system uses spectral method (spectrophotometry) to measure luminance and color parameters, it has no V(λ) and tristimulus mismatching error compared with tristimulus-filter detector.
