Rich parameters can be tested such as luminous flux, luminous efficiency, luminous power, relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, CCT, dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, half-peak wavelength, CRI, color purity, red ratio, color tolerance, forward voltage/current, reverse voltage/current, spectrum distribution (options), color distribution (option), luminous intensity, beam angle, 3D luminous intensity distribution diagram, and luminous intensity-current curve etc. The parameters of instantaneous optical characteristics(pulse measurement) and steady state optical characteristics(direct current measurement) of LED can be test simultaneously.

 

Basic principles

By adopting the high-precision grating and the scientific-grade array detector and by using the BWCT technology and NIST stray light correction technology, the stray light of HAAS-2000 can be controlled lower than the 1/10 of other original high-precision fast spectrometers.

Wide linear dynamic range

Compared with the common detector, the scientific-grade array detector used in HAAS-2000 has a wider linear dynamic range, which can be further widened after the design of optical matching. In addition, SBCT technology also greatly improves the linear dynamic range of HAAS-2000.

Fast test 

HAAS-2000 can not only measure the optical characteristics of steady-state light source but also transient light source, which fully complies with the relevant standards. Within the sensitivity range of the instrument, the instrument can test light source at any frequency, for example less than the microsecond level, and the instrument can obtain spectral power distribution by synchronizing the trigger function. HAAS-2000 adopts scientific-grade array detector instead of mechanical scanning system, which can obtain spectral power distribution in a very short time (millisecond).

High-precision

HAAS-2000 is designed for high-precision test by adopting the top best scientific-grade array detector, high-precision grating, great optical systems and precise electronic circuits. The system has the advantages of high resolution, high sensitivity, high sensitivity, low noise, low stray light and wide dynamic range to achieve precise measurement purposes.  

High repeatability and stability 

The instrument has the scanning mechanism without mechanical motion and the constant temperature refrigeration technology to control the constant temperature in the level of 0.05 ℃, which guarantees highly repeatability and stability of the measurement.
