1. Shere spectroradiometer systems
Measure Luminous Flux, Luminous efficacy, radiant power, Spectral Power Distribution, Chromaticity Coordinate, Correlated Color Temperature, Peak Wavelength, Dominant Wavelength, Spectral Half Width, Color Rendering Index, Colorimetric Purity, red ratio, Standard deviation of color matching(SDCM), forward voltage, forward current, reverse voltage, reverse current etc.Equipped with HAAS series High Accuracy Array Spectroradiometer and suitable Programmable Power Supply & Power Meter, the system can realize both pulse measurement and stable measurement for spectral & Colorimetric & optical & electrical characteristics of LEDs. Equipped with temperature controller, the system can realize meausrement in specified case temperature or junction temperatures.

2. Luminous Intensity Distribution/Beam Angle Test System
Measure luminous intensity, luminous intensity distribution, In- IF curve, IF-VF curve, time characteristics of (averaged) luminous intensity, spread angle of light beam, luminous flux,forward voltage, forward current, reverse voltage, and reverse current etc.
Equipped with a spectroradiometer, the system can measure the spatial color distribution and the uniformity.
For small power LEDs, we have the system to meet the requirement of CIE 127.
For high power LEDs, a much longer measurement distance is required, the GO-Spex100 or GO-I300 is recommended.

3. Aging & Life & Lumen Maintenance Test System
The systems are widely used for normal /accelerated aging, lumen maintenance measuring, lifetime evaluation and temperature characteristic testing for LED packages, arrays, and modules. The test items include photometric quantities vs. time (lumen maintenance), photometric quantities vs. case temperature(temperature characteristics), colorimetric quantities vs. case temperature(temperature characteristics), forward voltage vs. time, forward voltage vs. photometric quantities, forward voltage vs. colorimetric quantities, and etc.. The extrapolation of lifetime by programmable models is also available to estimate the lifetime of LED products.The systems fully meet the requirement of IESNA LM-80-2008, IES TM-21, ENERGY STAR and other related international and Chinese standards.
4. Thermal and electrical Analysis System for LEDs
Measure and analyze thermal resistance, reference thermal resistance, thermal calibration coefficient K(℃/mV), junction temperature and the electrical parameters of LEDs , and can draw the curves of current (mA)-voltage (V) , voltage (V) / junction temperature (℃) -time (ms) at different temperature, transient temperature-rising curve, transient temperature-dropping curve.

5. LED Optical Radiation Safety Test System(IEC62471 test)
The system is designed especially for the determination and classification of optical radiation hazard exposures specified in IEC62471, such as actinic UV hazard exposure for the skin and eye, near-UV hazard exposure for the eye, retinal blue light hazard exposure, retinal thermal hazard exposure, thermal radiation hazard for eye and skin for LED products, UV-lamp, lighting sources, luminaires and etc.
The system fully meets the requirements of standard IEC 62471, EN 62471,CIE S009,GB/T 20145, IEC/EN 60598 Annex P.,IEC/EN 60432,GB 7000.1,2005/32/EC, EUP directives etc.
6. EMC test
Offer the ESD test for the LED chips, and LED packages according to the requirements of IEC standards and related LED standards. IEC model,MM(Machine Model),HBM(Human Body Model) can be selected as actual needs.
