Solution introduction:
The photoelectric performance test solutions of EVERFINE for backlight and LCM module mainly includes optical-electrical performance, luminous intensity distribution performance of the pakaged LED, detection and adjustment of luminance and white balance, optical-color consistency test of light bar on line, optical property test of the engineering site, EMC electromagnetic capacity test, blue light hazard testing, and etc., meets the international and domestic standards requirements of backlight and LCM modules.  

1. Optical property test system

Main functions: The system is used for the measurement of luminance uniformity, coloe uniformity, spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, color gamut area, color gamut coverage, luminance contrast, white balance, response time, gray to gray, flicker, crosstalk, power consumption and other parameters of smartphone, IPAD and etc.

2. Luminance, chromaticity and white balance test of backlight
Main functions: SRC series spectral radiance colorimeter, imaging luminance meter and handheld luminance meter can obtain the parameters of luminance, luminance uniformity, chromaticity coordinates, spectral power distribution, color uniformity, white balance, color gamut area, color gamut coverage and so on of backlight. It meets the measurement requirements for quality testing, R&D, engineering site and so on.

2. LED and LIGHT bar test system
Main functions: Optical-color-electric parameters such as luminous flux, luminous efficiency, luminous power, relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, CCT, dominant wavelength,  peak wavelength, half-peak wavelength, CRI, color purity, red ratio, color tolerance, forward voltage/current, reverse voltage/current, spectral power distribution of LED (optional), spatial chromaticity distribution (optional), luminous intensity, beam angle, 3D luminous intensity distribution graph and others are tested for LED and LED light bar. Simultaneous measurement of LED transient optical characteristic (pulse measurement) and steady state optical characteristic (DC measurement) .

4. MAT-200D automatic test system for LED light bar

5. Flicker test of display
Main functions: Mainly used for measuring the flicker characteristic of the display

6.Ambient contrast ratio test

Main functions: According to the IEC/IDMS/VESA standards, the ambient contrast ratio of the display is measured including navigation screen

7.Test of haze and spectral transmittance 

Main functions: HAM-300 haze meter is mainly used for haze, total transmittance, scattering transmittance and spectral transmittance curve for backlight and LCM modules. The measurement conditions meet the requirements of latest international and domestic standard such as ASTM D1003, GB/T 2410, JC/T 2130-2013 and JIS K7105-81.
